Popis rekreačního bytu
Newly renovated 3.5-room flat on the ground floor of a lovingly restored 19th century farmhouse. The flat offers a spacious dining area with an open, modern kitchen and a picturesque view of the Splügner mountain panorama. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary accessories such as a coffee machine, kettle, raclette oven and fondue set. The living area with cosy sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed for an extra charge) is separate from the kitchen and offers a cosy place to relax.
The first bedroom has a comfortable 1.60 metre double bed and a spacious wardrobe (parents' bedroom). In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed for two people which is ideal as a children's room. An additional cot is available for small children.
There is also a washer-dryer in the flat which can be used free of charge.
Welcome to our cosy holiday flat, located on the ground floor of a lovingly renovated 19th century barn. With 3.5 rooms, it is ideal for a family with two children, and for added comfort there is a sofa bed for two more people (at an extra charge per person).
You can conveniently park your car in the outdoor car park directly in front of the flat. If you are travelling by public transport, the post bus station is around five minutes' walk away.
Sledges, skis or bicycles can be safely stored in the cellar.
The village centre with shopping facilities is within easy walking distance. The Splügen Tambo ski area and the cross-country ski trails are also just a five-minute walk away. In addition, a ski bus runs to the valley station of the ski area during the main season.
