On the ground floor there is a kitchen with underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove for heating. Adjacent to the kitchen is an outdoor seating area with morning sun, and by the entrance there is another seating area with afternoon sun. On the same floor you will also find the bathroom with toilet/shower (no natural light) and washing machine as well as the living room with a view of the Gafia Valley. The cozy living room with sofa, table and corner bench is heated by the wood stove. On the 1st floor there are three separate bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and two bedrooms each have two single beds.

The family-friendly holiday home has two floors and is located on the Engel family farm, in a quiet location above the Walser village of St. Antönien. The farm can be reached by car all year round. Please note that depending on the snow conditions, snow chains may be necessary or 4-WD may be required, post bus stop approx. 300 meters below. Shopping facilities, restaurants and a large playground with barbecue area can be found in the village center of St. Antönien, approx. 1.7 km away. St. Antönien is an ideal starting point for hikes, climbing tours and via ferrata climbs (Sulzfluh via ferrata, Partnunblick and Family via ferrata Partnunblick) in spring, summer and autumn. Nearby is also the Partnunsee, a worthwhile destination for boat trips or fishing (license required). In winter, skiing and snowshoeing tours to the countless peaks in the surrounding area are inviting. The small ski lift (with ski school) is ideal for beginners.
