Interior
The 3 1/2 room apartment on the first floor of a two-family-house is comfortably furnished. The modern kitchen is apart, next door is the rustic dining hall. The bathroom (bathtub,toilet) is right away next to the 2 sleeping rooms (both with double beds
2mx90cm).
In the living room there is a sofa bed, which can be used when needed. The apartment offers space for 4 persons. If needed, the sofa bed can house a fifth person.

Lunchroom: next to the kitchen, in front of an antique buffet, there is a rustic dining table with a corner seat and 3 wooden chairs.
Entrance Area: open wardrobe, next to it there is a toilet, a stone staircase leads to the apartment Lussi2, on a wooden settee you can change comfortably your shoes.
House and Outdoor Area: you live in a quite quarters a little bit outside of the center of St.Moritz-Bad. In the meadow in front of the house you can play with your children, enjoy the midday-, afternoon- and evening sun and let fade away the day with a glass of wine. Garden furniture (table, chairs and sunbeds) are available. The house has got a free parking spot for 3 cars. Each apartment has his own entrance-door. Washing machine/tumbler in the ski-room/washing-room can be used by guests of both apartments.
Surroundings: Despite the quite site right on the edge of the forest and on the hiking trail in direction to the lake of Staz, you are not far away from the center of St.Moritz-Bad. If you ever plan to eat out you'll find a good choice of Swiss restaurants, cafés and pizzerias in St.Moritz-Bad or St.Moritz village. You'll find the next ski resort within 15' (4' walk to bus stop or car ride to valley station of Signal funicular which leads directly to the slopes). Supermarkets and bakeries are in vicinity. (car 5', walk 10').

Excursion possibilities: What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Three flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family-friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.
