Bedrooms:
Ground floor bedroom, accessible from the living room, with a French bed 140x200cm, two nightstands with reading lights, wardrobe. Bed linen available, and included in the price. Upper floor bedroom accessible from the gallery, wall table and a stool, double bed 180x200cm, two nightstands with lighting, wardrobe, clothes racks. Bed linen available, and included in the price.

Living room:
An open living space over two floors with a staircase to the gallery, designed in an appealing mountain style with slate floors. A light-filled room thanks to the winter garden with panoramic views, soapstone fireplace, breakfast and game table with two chairs, open kitchen-dining area with cherry wood table and four chairs. Corner leather sofa group with slate coffee table, flat screen TV with surround sound and DVD player. Exit to the garden seating area.

Kitchen:
The open and well-equipped kitchen is among other things equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fondue & raclette set and coffee machine. Kitchen linen available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
Bathtub-shower, toilet, sink, shelves for accessories, towels available and included in the price.

Other rooms:
Cloakroom with bench, hat shelf, cabinet-shelf mirror, covered entrance forecourt.

The 3.5-room gallery holiday home is located in a beautiful panoramic location in the hamlet of Valata on the Obersaxen high plateau, right next to the Piz Mundaun chairlift, which connects the entire Obersaxen and Val Lumnezia ski and hiking area. From the house with winter garden and spacious garden seating area, you can enjoy a unique view of the mountain landscape of the Surselva.

In summer, the seating area can be shaded and culinary delights can be prepared at the granite fireplace. From the garage with all-year access, you reach the cellar rooms with ski storage and washing machine as well as living rooms via a staircase. Next to the garage, there is another parking space available. Public transport with free ski bus from Ilanz, doctor, restaurant, practice lift, ski and snowboard school and cross-country ski trail are in the immediate vicinity. 

A recreation park with a bathing lake, a large indoor and outdoor playground, barbecue area, beach volleyball, tennis, and football field is located in the next hamlet in Misanenga. A forest lake with barbecue area, Icelandic pony farm, riding arena nearby. A unique family experience awaits you in this mountain world. 

Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation, smoking only allowed outdoors. Not wheelchair accessible.
