Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms all with large comfortable double beds and spacious wardrobes. Bed linen is provided. One bedroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which has a panoramic view. 

Living room:
An open living area with kitchen/dining area. The living room contains the stove (wood is provided), dining table, corner bench and chairs, three-piece comfortable sofa group, club table, flat-screen TV and a rocking chair. WLAN throughout the apartment (free of charge). 

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a glass ceramic cooker with 4 plates and an oven, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided), a Raclette oven and a Fondue Caquelon. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price. 

Bathroom:
1 bathroom on the ground floor with a bathtub and a WC/double washbasin. A bathroom on the upper floor has a shower and WC/double washbasin. Infrared heating in the bathrooms to keep them warm. Bathroom linen included in the price

Other:
Access to the garden seating area with table and benches, panoramic view.

The 4-room chalet (120m2) is located in a small Vals settlement 150m below the Valata chairlift, which leads directly into the ski area. After skiing, you can drive right up to the door. The practice lift and ski school are also located at the Valata valley station, as is the access to the chairlift piste.

The chalet has a dreamlike view. You can enjoy the beautiful panorama in the garden or on the balcony. Ski/bikes can be stored in the private ski cellar, which also contains the washing machine/dryer.

Two parking spaces are available in the garage.
