An open living space with kitchen/dining area featuring a panoramic window with views of the Surselva mountain landscape. Open fireplace (one sack of wood is provided). Cozy dining table with corner bench and chairs. Living area with a chill-out sofa and leather armchair with footrest. Heated wooden bench by the window. Smart-TV, Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi speaker.
Kitchen:
Complete designer kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and toaster. Raclette and fondue set available.
Bathroom:
One bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.
The recently renovated 3-room holiday apartment is located in a well-maintained apartment building in Surcuolm.
The piste to the Valata valley station is just a few meters away. From the sunny terrace, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the beautiful mountain landscape of the Surselva.
A ski storage room is located next to the main entrance. A parking space is of course available.
