An open living area with kitchen/dining area. The living room has a sofa, a fireplace, dining table with 4 chairs and access to the balcony. A TV flat screen, radio and free WLAN are also available.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, Delizio capsule coffee machine (capsules not included), raclette oven, fondue set. Kitchen linen is available and not included in the price.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower facility and a WC/washbasin. Towels are available and not included in the price.

The "Casa Siala" apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful multi-family house in the middle of Surcuolm in a quiet location and offers a dreamlike view of the Alps. The apartment is ideally furnished for holidays and can accommodate up to 7 people.

With your skis, you have direct access to the Valata downhill slope. In the evening, you can ski down the home piste almost to the front door.

In summer, you can reach the wonderful hiking and biking area of Obersaxen / Val Lumnezia directly. Shared use of the large lawn for games and relaxation. Restaurants and postbus stop are in the vicinity and can be easily reached on foot.
