Charming and delightful attic apartment with a balcony and a magnificent view of the mountains, located in a very quiet and sheltered spot, facing south. The spacious, brand-new living area is partly made of larch wood, with a seating area at one end featuring a comfortable large sofa bed and armchairs, a small table, sideboard, and TV. In the middle is the kitchen with a pellet stove, and at the other end is a large dining table with a unique view and morning sun. The balcony enjoys morning and afternoon sun and is a dream for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. The 2 rooms are partly separated from the roof and are rather small but cozy and made of wood. By the entrance is a room for coats with a wardrobe, an open cabinet, and enough space for shoes. From here, it's two flights of stairs up to the apartment. In front of the entrance, there's plenty of space for skis, bikes, sleds, etc. For wellness, a sauna is available. Behind the house is a quiet seating area with a sunbathing lawn in a fantastic, quiet, and south-facing location with a beautiful view of nature. The holiday apartment has its own entrance, and on the ground floor, there's another, larger holiday apartment. You can also rent both apartments for groups or simply for two different parties. The house is located in the village center of Valchava, away from traffic noise (bypass road). Valchava is situated in the middle of Val Müstair and near the National Park, in the beautiful natural park of the biosphere reserve with unique hiking and biking tours. Even in winter, the valley offers a beautiful ski area, uniquely beautiful snowshoe hikes (guided upon request), cross-country skiing trails in the home of Dario Cologna. Additionally, there's an illuminated sled run and ice rinks. But culture enthusiasts are also catered for. To name just one example, there's a UNESCO World Heritage site to visit. The house is located in the upper part of the village. From above, i.e., coming from the Ofenpass, it is the 4th house on the right. We live in the 3rd house on the right, right below the fountain. If you are coming from the post office or from Sta. Maria, go up into the village, straight after the blue house on the left, we live above. Thanks to the bypass road, there is almost no traffic in the village, not even at night. The attic apartment has the entrance behind the house, where all the rooms are located. But guests also appreciate the tranquility in the ground floor apartment. You only need 5 minutes on foot to the village shop, post office, ATM, and restaurant. The house is quite old, but the apartments have been renovated several times and are more beautiful than one might expect from the outside.
