Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms; a spacious bedroom with double bed. A second bedroom with 2 single beds. And a third bedroom with a French bed (1.60m). Two additional mattresses available. All rooms have wardrobes or dressers. Bed linen available and not included in the price.

Living room:
An open living area with kitchen/dining area. The living room has a dining table and 6 chairs, large sofa, club table, flat-screen TV, DAB radio and large balcony (morning sun). No WLAN.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a glass ceramic cooker, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, a Raclette oven and Fondue Caquelon. Spices are available. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
2 bathrooms; one bathroom has a WC/washbasin and a floor-level shower with granite shower tray, the other bathroom has a WC/washbasin. Towels available and not included in the price.

The 4-room apartment (approx. 80 m2) is located in a multi-family house with a total of 10 apartments on the top floor, 3rd floor. There is no lift. The apartment is on 2 floors (downstairs kitchen/living area and upstairs 3 bedrooms).
The house is located in a beautiful location with a wonderful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of Surselva. On the ground floor there is a ski and shoe room and an indoor pool with sauna. 

The house is very well maintained. In the entrance area there is a ski and shoe room. Guests have access to a private pool (only during the season). Next to the swimming pool there is a small sauna, which can be used for a fee.

It's a 3-4 minute walk to the nearest postbus stop (ski bus). Shopping facilities are available in the neighbouring municipalities. The apartment offers an ideal starting point for hiking, biking or winter sports (Obersaxen ski resort). Distance to the valley station of the mountain railway: 3 minutes by car, 200 m to the bus stop.

Parking space in the garage available and included in the price. Pets on request. Non-smoking accommodation.
