One bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. One bedroom with two single beds, one of which is extendable, and a large dresser. Bed linen is available and included in the price.

Living room:
Modern and cozy living room with TV, WLAN not available. 

Kitchen:
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer with three drawers, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), electronic juicer, toaster, egg cooker, Raclette oven and Fondue Caquelon for cheese and meat. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
The modern bathroom has a shower, sink and WC. Hair dryer and bathroom linen are available and included in the price.

Miscellaneous:
Lovely balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains of Val Lumnezia.

The multi-family building was constructed in 2013 and is located on the south side at the entrance to the village. The modern apartment is on the 2nd floor. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the mountains of Val Lumnezia. You can reach the village center with its supermarket, restaurants, bank, post office and postbus stop as well as the valley station of the mountain railways - Obersaxen - Mundaun - Val Lumnezia in a few minutes on foot. A garage space is also available.
