The house is usually rented to a single tenant. For 2-6 people, the large apartment on the 1st and 2nd floors is available. From 7 people onwards, the apartment on the ground floor is included in the rental price.

2nd floor:       Three bedrooms: A spacious bedroom with a double bed and single bed. A bedroom with a double bed. A bedroom with two single beds and a baby bed
Ground floor:          A bedroom with two single beds, fully equipped with underfloor heating.
Bed linen available on request (not included in the price).

Living room:
1st floor:       Cozy living room with original soapstone stove and dining area, board games, WLAN, radio.
Ground floor:          Second living/dining room with sofa bed and TV

Kitchen: 
1st floor:      Modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils,      Raclette set, fondue set.

The 200-year-old Valserhaus with 7 rooms has been lovingly and carefully renovated to preserve its original ambiance. Antique, restored furniture, a cozy living room with an original soapstone stove, underline this homely character.

The expansive terrace with a grandiose mountain panorama and sunshine from morning till night invites you to chill and relax. Healthy Alpine air quality is guaranteed. The house includes a barn to store skis, sleds, strollers, and bikes/E-bikes (power outlet available). In the large garden, there is also a children's playhouse with a large swing. This idyllic and harmonious private sphere can be enjoyed on the outskirts of Vignogn. 

Ideal for friends and colleagues or large families with babies, including grandparents and great-grandparents. The house with garden has a total of 3 floors and is divided into two apartments. In winter, the free ski bus takes guests to the valley station of the Obersaxen-Mundaun-Lumnezia mountain railways in Vella. In good snow conditions, a ski slope leads from Péz Sezner down to Vignogn.

The Val Lumnezia is a hiker's paradise, not only to the Greina high plateau but also to the surrounding peaks. Vignogn is the perfect starting point for bikers, located on the marathon route, not far from the Nino Schurter Trail or the Cross-Country training course. The natural lake Davos Munts is an oasis to enjoy warm, sunny summer days.

In the middle of the village, there is a well-assorted 24/7 village shop.

Two parking spaces available and included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
