The newly remodelled interior (2023) includes modern equipment that leaves nothing to be desired. It offers a kitchen with fridge, freezer compartment, ceramic hob, steam extractor, high oven, microwave and dishwasher as well as raclette oven, fondue dishes, hand blender and toaster. For cosy evenings, the living room is furnished in Swiss stone pine with a large dining table and corner bench, a beautiful buffet cabinet, an element fireplace and underfloor heating. The bedrooms, including the large 'Toggenburg' on the upper floor with a Swiss stone pine box-spring bed, offer comfortable space for a normal occupancy of 6 people, with the possibility of accommodating up to 10 guests - also ideal for two families with 5 - 6 children.

Outside, the living quality is extended by a large terrace (balcony) with garden furniture and a barbecue (gas and wood), surrounded by a lush green lawn, ideal for various games. A garage and two to three additional parking spaces next to the house round off the offer and make your stay even more comfortable. The exterior renovation is scheduled for spring 25/26, which will continue to make this a sought-after holiday destination.

The location of the house is ideal for lovers of active holidays and families looking to be close to nature. Skiing (alpine and cross-country), hiking, walking, swimming, mountain biking, paragliding, cycling and numerous other leisure activities are available in the immediate vicinity. The Wildhaus curling centre is also just a few hundred metres away, so there's never a dull moment.
