This attractive duplex penthouse combines spacious living, high standards of comfort and a peaceful location right by the river – just a five-minute walk from the Sunnegga Express.
The apartment can accommodate up to eight people and features three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or shower/WC. One room also features a sofa bed and is ideal for families. Some of the bedrooms have a balcony with views of the village and the Matterhorn.
The bright, open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace creates a particularly cosy atmosphere and invites you to linger. A balcony with a view of the Matterhorn, as well as a spacious dining table and comfortable seating, complete the living experience.
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-quality appliances including a Miele and Nespresso coffee machine, provides the perfect setting for enjoyable cooking experiences. A guest WC and ample storage space in the entrance area ensure added convenience.
The Orta building was constructed in 2001 and underwent extensive renovation in 2021; it is now in excellent, modern condition. It boasts a peaceful, idyllic location right by the Vispa river, whilst also offering excellent transport links. The Sunnegga Express is just a five-minute walk away, and there is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity.
A lift provides convenient access to the upper floors, whilst a communal ski room offers additional convenience for a relaxing stay.
