Location and general information:
The Chesa Spuondas is located above the old village centre of Zuoz in a quiet, sunny location within walking distance of the ski area. During the winter season there is a free local bus service to the centre and railway station of Zuoz and to the Resgia cross-country skiing centre, which stops directly in front of the house. The flat has neither a garage space nor a reserved outdoor parking space. However, general visitor parking spaces are available free of charge. There is no lift in the building. Pets are not allowed in the flat in Chesa Spuondas. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.

Room layout:
The holiday flat on the 2nd floor was partially renovated in 2022 and consists of a spacious double bedroom, a children's room with a bunk bed, a bathroom (not renovated) with bathtub and a cosy living room with south-facing balcony and a dining kitchen open to the living room.

Furnishings:
The floors of the flat have been partially renovated and are covered with easy-care parquet in the living rooms and bedrooms. The flat is mainly furnished with Swiss stone pine furniture. The large kitchen has a ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment and a Nespresso coffee machine. A television with Sunrise TV is available in the living room. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

The townscape of Zuoz is considered to be the most beautiful in the Upper Engadine. Numerous proud patrician houses such as the Chesa Planta confidently present their typical bay windows and sgraffito decorations. Mysterious alleyways invite you to explore the village's colourful past. The magnificent 18-hole golf course, the inline skating track and the wide range of hiking and biking options provide a modern splash of colour. A special highlight of Zuoz is a visit to Badilatti, the highest coffee roastery in Europe. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
