Cozy 4-room apartment in a central location. The large balcony offers a stunning view of the mountain panorama. Living room with dining table and seating area, partially colored LED lighting, seating area, Wi-Fi and mobile charging station, TV with Netflix and gaming console. Raclette and fondue set, board games. Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and microwave. One bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each (total 6 beds). One bathroom with double sink, toilet, and spacious steam shower with selectable lighting. Two parking spaces. Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. Access to the apartment is via a staircase with few steps. Please supervise small children on the balcony (80cm high) and in the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer in the basement for shared use (coin-operated). Currently, there is construction work below the house, which may lead to noise emissions.
