Wi-Fi throughout the apartment (free of charge). Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob with oven, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided) and a washer-dryer. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price. Bathroom: One bathroom and an additional separate toilet with washbasin. The bathroom features a shower, a washbasin and toilet. Towels are available and included in the price. The Casa Reviva, with a total of 4 apartments, is located in the picturesque village of Andiast and was renovated in 2025. The wooden house faces south and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the mountain landscape of the Surselva. The 3.5-room apartment (67m2) is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by lift. The apartment can be reached by wheelchair. There is also enough space in the living area (living room/kitchen) to move around with a wheelchair. A balcony and a large terrace as well as a ski and bicycle cellar on the ground floor are available. Parking spaces and charging station available, pets welcome, non-smoking apartment.
