In the luxurious 3½-room-apartment for up to 4 persons you feel immediately well. The house is sunny, with breathtaking views, right in the heart of Arosa.
The dreamlike scenery of both sides of the apartment makes you swarm about Arosa. The large living room with window front to the mountain world lets you relax and recover from everyday life. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and you will find your way around immediately. At the stove, warm up and watch the snowflakes in front of the window. Even in the summer the mountain panorama is unique, especially with the sun setting.
The two wet rooms, each one with bath or shower, are directly accessible from the two spacious bedrooms. In the bathroom, a shower toilet leaves nothing to be desired.
A single garage is reserved for your car. To the apartment belongs a washing machine and tumbler for the exclusive use. With the lift you can easily reach the apartment.
The apartment is located not far from shopping, bakery, post office and restaurants. You can reach the station, the village center and the cable railways in a few steps.
In summer and winter, Arosa offers an excellent infrastructure for sports, culture and leisure activities. Beautiful hiking trails and adventurous biker outings, the lido, the rope park and the 18-hole golf course await the summer guests. In winter, skiers, snowboarders, cross-country skiers and all winter sports enthusiasts will be on their way.
