Cozy apartment for relaxed holiday days

This chalet makes you want to snuggle in right away. Especially when the days get shorter, the trees change color, and winter slowly approaches. Hidden among fir trees, it already looks perfectly rustic and cozy from the outside – with a stone facade, its wooden exterior, and the many balconies under the protective gabled roof.

This inviting impression is confirmed beautifully inside. Lots of wood, parquet floors, cast-iron stoves, and washbasins in the hallways create a warm, yet original coziness. And yet, the apartment on the first floor is surprisingly spacious and bright. Large windows let in plenty of light and, above all, offer a view of the majestic mountain world surrounding the sun terrace of Braunwald.

Enjoy the view, tranquility, and nature – both from the bedroom and the living room, there is a south-facing balcony. The louvered railings take up as little of the fantastic view as possible when you listen here – undisturbed by traffic noise – to the birdsong in the trees and the gentle splashing of the fountain in your own garden. If the weather doesn't invite you to go outside, the bay window between the two balconies, equipped with windows all around, offers you a retreat with a connection to nature.

Some practical details:  The heating radiators in every room can be supplemented with a wood stove. Bedroom with double bed, bed size: 160 x 200 cm, cot (120 x 65 cm) and high chair, TV, family games available. Only for non-smokers!

Additional room available for rent once with a single bed in the attic. (Max. number of people: 2 adults + 2 children), ski and shoe room available for use, sledges can be borrowed. Ski In - Ski Out, washing machine and internet (Wi-Fi) available

Separate kitchen with oven/stove, fully equipped but very simple. Bedding and towels available.
