The partially renovated 3-room holiday apartment is in a multi-family house with a total of seven apartments. The house is located at the entrance to Breil/Brigels, in the Crest la Crusch residential complex. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva.
The free ski bus takes you directly to the ski school and the mountain railway valley station in winter. Shopping facilities are easily accessible within a ten-minute walk.
Parking is available in the underground garage. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
