The apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator, 1 staircase). The free ski bus takes you directly to the ski school and the valley station of the mountain railways in winter. Shopping facilities are within easy reach in ten minutes walking distance. Parking space in the garage is included in the price. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is a non-smoking accommodation.
