Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob, a combined oven/microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), a raclette grill, an egg and water cooker. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price. Large dining table with 8 seats.
5.5 room holiday apartment on the 3rd floor (attic) in the building "Cucagna" at a quiet, central location, renovated in 2017.
Lift and parking garage. 1 parking space is included with AC charging station up to 22kW, extra parking spaces can be requested from the landlord. Step-free entrance.
The terrace and the living room offer a panoramic view over the village and the mountains.
On the ground floor there are communal rooms, a lockable bicycle storage room and the main entrance.
In the basement are the parking spaces, a heated ski room, washing machine and dryer for common use.
Bar, restaurant and hairdresser are also in the building. Free local bus in high season, stop right in front of the house.
The mountain railways Disentis and the train station are reachable in two minutes with the local bus.
