The small loft of 35m2 is located on the ground floor of an old, stately house. It is suitable for 2 holiday guests.
The flat consists of a larger room with areas for sleeping, cooking and eating and a separate bathroom. It is modern, stylish and comfortably furnished. The white lime plaster walls and the heated designer concrete floor are of the highest quality. The large bathroom, in black with brass fittings, has a sophisticated look.
Despite its central location, the flat is very quiet. The many windows allow a view of the majestic Alpstein mountains and flood the room with sunlight. One exit leads directly into the garden. A seating area and deckchairs invite you to relax. A barbecue area is also available.
The village square with restaurants and a shop for daily needs is just a few steps away (4 min.). The flat is perfectly located for hikes in the hilly landscape and in the Alpstein mountains or for winter sports holidays. Those interested in culture will enjoy excursions to Appenzell, St. Gallen or the Lake Constance region. The train station is just 400 metres away. From there, the Appenzell railway runs regularly to all regions.
