Pretty holiday villa with fantastic views over Ascona to the Brissago Islands and Cannobio (Italy) and to the villages and wooded hills of the Gambarogno on the opposite side of the lake. The amenities of the town can be reached in just a few minutes by car, yet you live a little away from the hustle and bustle. Those with sporting ambitions can also reach the Piazza Grande on foot via one of the many stairways.
The house is located in the residential area with lots of greenery all around. The living space is spread over 2 floors.
Upstairs entrance, large living/dining room with open fireplace (wood while stocks last), 1 armchair, 1 sofa and 1 sofa bed (140x200). The sofa bed can be used as a bed if the bed in the bedroom is only used by one person. Satellite TV, CD player, WLAN. Large, well-equipped kitchenette integrated into the living room. Direct access from the dining area to the furnished terrace. (Sunshade, deckchairs and barbecue available). There is also 1 wardrobe/cleaning cupboard and shower/WC on this floor.
A spiral staircase leads to the basement, where there is a large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and ample wardrobe space. Adjacent to the bedroom is the spacious shower room. Please note: Due to the spiral staircase, the house is only partially suitable for small children and people with walking difficulties.
The indicated rental price is valid for an occupancy of 2 persons.
The beds are made on arrival. All linen for bed, bathroom and kitchen is included in the rental price. The car park, electricity, water, heating, etc. are also included. The final cleaning and visitor's tax are to be paid separately.
