Situated on a picturesque hill in Maloja-Capolago, on the edge of the green zone, our non-smoking flat in the 2-family house offers restful tranquillity and a breathtaking view of Lake Sils and Piz Corvatsch. The perfect retreat for families looking for the best of both worlds: the tranquillity of nature and the proximity to cultural highlights.

The interiors of our cosy flat are simple, but functionally equipped with everything you need. It has central heating, central hot water supply, INTERNET connection and radio. The kitchen-cum-living room includes a 2-plate réchaud, fridge, microwave oven and special equipment for fondue. For your comfort, there are various sleeping options: a bed-sitting room with two sofa beds, a double bedroom and a children's room with 2 bunk beds, complemented by a shower/WC.

Two garden seating areas await you in the outdoor area, offering you an exclusive setting for relaxing hours outdoors. Particularly noteworthy is the sweeping view from the garden to the south over the famous climbing mountains of the Bergell. A car park right next to the house rounds off our offer and guarantees you a carefree arrival, but please note that the house is situated on a hill with flat stair access from the car park in the garden!

The surrounding area is a true paradise for active holidaymakers and culture enthusiasts. Lake Sils is just a few minutes' walk away, ideal for water sports in summer or cross-country skiing in winter. Maloja itself invites you to follow in the footsteps of famous painters such as Giovanni Segantini and Giacometti. The region offers countless opportunities for hiking, mountain biking and skiing enthusiasts. In addition, excursion destinations such as the national park, Valtellina and Lake Como are within easy reach.
