Bedrooms: A large bedroom with a French bed (160 cm) featuring a medium-sized wardrobe, luggage rack, desk, and seating area. It can also be used as an office. A smaller bedroom with two separate beds (80 cm - can also be pushed together) with a built-in wardrobe. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

Living room: The spacious living room includes a dining table, sofa, additional seating, a side table, TV, Wi-Fi, and a cozy tiled stove, making it a true haven of comfort.

Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen features an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a Nespresso capsule machine (please bring your own capsules), a fondue set, and a variety of cooking utensils. The kitchen table comfortably seats four. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and storage furniture for toiletries. Bathroom linens are provided and included in the price.

The 3.5-room holiday apartment is located in an old Walser house with a total of two apartments. The house is situated at the upper edge of the village of Morissen, offering a wonderful view of the village and the beautiful mountains of the Val Lumnezia. The apartment includes a private seating area. A separate cellar entrance leads to a storage room for skis, sleds, or bicycles.

The holiday apartment has been lovingly and comprehensively renovated. The original room layout has been preserved, with subtle modifications to meet modern requirements. Natural materials such as natural stone, linoleum, various wooden floors, wooden paneling, and old wooden beams create warm and cozy spaces. The varying sunlight from east to west brings the rooms to life and highlights the exciting contrasts between old and new.

Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the bus stop (free ski bus in winter) and the village shop. With good snow conditions, a ski slope leads directly to Morissen. In summer, Morissen is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours.

Parking is available in front of the house by arrangement with other residents. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property.
