Detached holiday home (maximum 6 persons). The house consists of a main house with a large granite terrace, a separate studio room opening onto a pergola area and a large garden with fruit trees and flowering plants. From the house there is a splendid view both day and night over a unique natural amphitheatre that includes the lowest point of Switzerland, Lake Maggiore, and the highest, Pizzo Dufour. The house is on a hill above the old town of Locarno (990 metres above sea level) with Monte Brè behind and meadows and woods in front. There are no other houses in front. In good weather the sun shines on the house from morning to evening, inviting you to activities (including cycling and hiking) or total relaxation. The house has a private car park next to the entrance to the property. The house is accessed via a comfortable stone staircase of some twenty steps.
