The house consists of 2 apartments and a dormitory: the lower (smaller) apartment has a kitchen, a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms with 3 or 4 beds respectively, a bathroom (toilet/shower) and a small tiled stove. The upper (larger) apartment has a kitchen, a large living/dining room, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroom (toilet/shower) and a fireplace. For larger groups, the dormitory with 18 beds on the top floor can be used. It is also possible to rent the entire house (both apartments and dormitory) as a group accommodation. Ground floor apartment: Sun CHF 70.00 / Win CHF 105.00 3 rooms 4 - 7 persons Upper floor apartment with dormitory: Sun CHF 160.00 / Win CHF 215.00 up to 20 persons The house in chalet style is located on the east-facing slope, approximately 200 meters above the village of Oberiberg.
