Small separate kitchen with oven, fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, sink and bidet. One garage parking space. Laundry room and ski room.

The bed in the bedroom was replaced by a normal double bed in spring 2025. New photos will follow.

Chesa Quadratscha is located in a quiet and sunny location near the center of Samedan. The house is nearby to shops and restaurants. The train station and bus stop are a 5-minute walk away.
