Spacious 4-room apartment in a good and quiet location above Samedan with a sunny terrace.
The apartment features a spacious and bright living area with two sofas, a TV, and a dining table. It has three bedrooms in total: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with four bunk beds. However, the apartment is rented to a maximum of 6 people and only upon request to 8 people. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2021. There are two bathrooms available: one with a shower and WC, and the other with a bathtub, bidet, and WC. From the garden seating area, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
The apartment includes a ski room, a bike room, and a shared laundry room.
A garage parking space can be rented for an additional fee.
