The vaulted kitchen is the oldest part of the house. It is fully equipped and offers a modern infrastructure to let off steam in the kitchen. The large dining table in the kitchen, as well as the one in the entrance area, offer enough space to dine together. Another highlight of the Chasa Minar is its own wellness area with an infrared cabin and an original massage shower. The parlour and the spacious bedrooms offer the opportunity to retreat and read a book or enjoy a glass of wine and a chat after a busy day.

Shopping facilities can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The (ski) bus stop is just 82 metres from the house (Scuol, Belvédère). The valley station of the mountain railways and the Scuol-Tarasp railway station are just a 4-minute drive away. The use of the bus is included in the guest card. The Martina-Scuol cross-country ski trail is a 10-minute walk away.
