The apartment features an open kitchen with adjacent dining area and living room, a large bedroom, a small bedroom, as well as a bathroom and a storage room.

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms: One bedroom with a large double bed and bunk bed. The bedroom is equipped with generous built-in wardrobes. Another bedroom with bunk bed and chest of drawers.

Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. Towels are available and included.

Living room: The living room includes a bright seating area with corner sofa as well as a cozy dining area with large dining table, corner bench and chairs. A high chair can be added. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV is available. Terrace and garden are accessible from the living room.

Kitchen: The open kitchen features a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave. A kettle, a filter coffee machine and a fondue set are available.

Other rooms: A separate storage room for skis is located directly next to the holiday apartment. A washing machine is available in the storage room. The entrance area with bench offers plenty of space for jackets and shoes.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The apartment is equipped with parquet and tiles (kitchen, bathroom). A high chair, a children's play mat and a child bed guard for the bunk bed are available.

The 3.5-room holiday apartment (70 m2) is located on the ground floor of a detached house with a total of 2 apartments in a quiet but very central location. The house was completely renovated in 2022. A covered terrace and a large garden are available in summer and winter. A storage room for skis with a washing machine is located directly next to the entrance of the holiday apartment. The train station, supermarket, restaurants, and the wellness and experience bath "Bogn Sedrun" and the children's ski area "Valtgeva" are within a few minutes walking distance. Access to the ski area Disentis via the cable car Cuolm da Vi and to the Ski Arena Andermatt-Sedrun with the Matterhorn-Gotthard-Bahn from Sedrun (5 min journey time). The car can be parked directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted in the house.
