The 3 1/2 room maisonette-flat is in an old Engadine house which is centrally situated in Sent. There are a big kitchen-dining room with rustic furniture and a living room with modern furniture (put in in 2005) and two additional beds if needed. On the upper floor you will find a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom. From the flat looking south you can enjoy a wonderful mountain panorama. You can also enjoy the same view from our small garden. Two bakeries, a butcher, a dairy and a grocery shop - all best quality - can be reached within 5 minutes.  The skibus or postal coach is only about 100 m from the house and if you ski down the wonderful "Traumpiste" (dream pist) you can come as close as 150 m from the house. Enjoy your holidays in a typical old house of the Engadine. Skiing in winter, hiking in summer!

Location description: Beautiful, majestic village on a sunny terrasse above the Inn on 1440 m above sea level. The typical architecture of Sent with two old churches, each with a very characteristic tower make Sent to something very special. Worldwide known artist Not Vital installed his "Parkin Not dal Mot" with many, many of his art works which can be visited on Friday afternoons. Many sports offered in the area.
