After a busy day, you can relax your muscles in the whirlpool bath. The large dining table in the open kitchen or the sofa in the living room invite you to linger over a glass of wine and good conversation. The 170m2 flat is situated on the ground floor. On the sunny terrace with a view of beautiful Engadine houses and the mountains you can enjoy a leisurely barbecue or a tasty breakfast.

The house is located at the Curtin Sot fountain in the well-preserved historic village centre; shopping facilities are within 3 minutes walking distance. The (ski) bus stop is at the Plaz, about 200m from the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the valley station of the gondola Scuol-Motta Naluns as well as the railway station Scuol-Tarasp. The use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket in winter. The accommodation is located ideally for children. Nearby you will find a great, well-equipped children's playground with various swings, a sandpit and a zip line. In summer, locals and guests meet on the large artificial turf field for a game of football, or beach volleyball on the dedicated sand court. In winter, the football pitch is transformed into a natural ice rink with access to ice-skate hire. These sports facilities are only a 2-minute walk from the flat.

In summer as well as in winter, the surrounding area invites to small and big walks and hikes in the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine, which starts directly in front of the front door.
In summer, the flat is at the gateway to Val Sinestra, the landscape of the year 2011, and many hikes and bike tours start in Sent.

In winter, Sent can be reached directly from the ski area via its own valley run. The valley run to Sent, called the Dream Run, lives up to its name and ends a little above the village.
