Welcome to our pretty, extremely cosy holiday home, which impresses with its direct access to the garden and as a detached Engadine house. Nestled in the peaceful surroundings and adjacent to a nature reserve, this jewel offers pure peace and relaxation. Following a comprehensive renovation in 2011, it is in exquisite condition and is waiting to be your temporary home.

Inside the house you will find a warm atmosphere characterised by lots of wood, parquet flooring in the living area and modern furnishings. The living area boasts a cosy fireplace, comfortable armchairs and a dining table with space for the whole family. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a dishwasher, two coffee machines (including Nespresso), a ceramic hob and a steam extractor. Two bathrooms - one with a bathtub, the other with a shower - and the bedrooms with beds and built-in wardrobes made of Swiss stone pine also ensure comfort.

The outdoor area is like a seamless transition to the Sils plain, a paradise for children too. The spacious garden opens up to nature and, together with the south-west-facing terrace, offers an idyllic place to relax. On the north-east side of the house you will also find a large parking and turning area, which can be reached via a private driveway.

The area surrounding our house, strategically positioned between Sils-Maria and Sils-Baselgia, offers a wealth of activities and excursions. Hiking, mountain biking, kiting, sailing or golfing - the unspoilt mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district form the perfect backdrop for adventurers and those seeking relaxation. In winter, the region enchants with sun-kissed ski areas, groomed cross-country ski trails and picturesque winter hiking trails, while those interested in culture will find intellectual stimulation in the high-class museums and galleries.
