Bright and spacious 4.5-room apartment on two floors with gallery, corner balcony, and fireplace.

Dark wood and stone define the appearance of the apartment. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms and an additional sleeping option on the gallery, which can be used as a fourth bedroom. Please note that the gallery is not a closed room. Two of the renovated bathrooms are equipped with a bidet function, and there is also a guest WC. The open kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room features a large dining table. A parking space with a maximum height of 185 cm is available. An outdoor parking space is provided, and a garage parking space can be rented for an additional fee.

Shared facilities include a ski and bike room as well as a laundry room with a dryer. The apartment is located in the center of Surlej, with restaurants and a sports shop in close proximity.
