4-room holiday home with 2 bedrooms (1 x with two beds and 1 x with three beds / 1 extra bed, sleeping arrangements for a maximum of 6 people). Living room with TV, radio, open fireplace. Kitchen with dishwasher and everything needed (including fondue/raclette set). Shower/WC. Lovely seating area and large garden, barbecue.
Notes: The local tax is included. Weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays may be possible upon request.
Guests must bring their own bed linen.
The apartment must be cleaned by the guests themselves.
Quiet location in the heart of the ski and hiking/mountain biking area of Obersaxen/Mundaun with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The ski slope is just 50 meters away. Access by car is possible from May to November, while in the winter months, you can drive to Valata (valley station of the mountain railways, free parking) and take the chairlift from there to the middle station Cuolm Sura (approx. 12 minutes). The Cuolm Sura restaurant is a 5-minute walk away.
Pets are not allowed.
