The 2.5-room penthouse apartment (64m²) is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a dining table with six chairs, a seating area with upholstered furniture, and satellite TV. From the living room, you can access the gallery via a ladder (not suitable for small children), which includes two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet.
The multi-family house «Casa Tödi» is located in the village of Surcuolm and offers a magnificent view of the Surselva valley from Waltensburg to Falera. For winter fun, there is a natural ice rink just a five-minute walk away, and the Valata valley station is just a few hundred meters below the house and can be reached directly on skis. The ski room in the basement is available for free use. From the underground garage (one parking space is available and included), you can enter the house directly via an underground staircase. There are several restaurants nearby.
