The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. Both rooms are equipped with a wardrobe and bedside tables. Bed linen is available and not included in the price.
Living room:
Cozy living room with sofa, two armchairs and a fireplace (bring your own wood). For entertainment, there is TV, radio, various games and WLAN.
Kitchen:
Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fondue set, oven and coffee machine (please bring your own Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsules). Please bring your own kitchen towels.
Bathroom:
Bathroom with shower/WC and two sinks. Please bring your own towels.
Other rooms:
Small balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains.

It's only 100 meters from the house to the lift for the Lugnez and Obersaxen ski areas. From the house, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. It's only 300 meters to the village square.
