In the house Azalée in Zermatt apartment Emelie 4 ****.
On the ground floor to the car-free street is the newly renovated 2 1/2 room apartment with direct access to the garden.
The bus station is right in front of the house. The building from 1982 is well maintained and is located in the Winkelmatten. It is 300m from the private ski cellar to the ski lift. On request we would be happy to set up an emergency bed for a third person (child). Baby cot and high chair can be ordered free of charge.
The space
You are at home in your own 2 1/2 room apartment with its own entrance.
A small bathroom which is, however, reasonably furnished. High quality furniture and kitchen. 55m ^ 2
Guest access
Laundry room is shared. You have your own lockable ski room. The outside area is common, but the seat is private with its own furniture. Sun loungers, garden table and chairs are available. The Matterhorn can be seen from the shared garden.
Other things to note
Zermatt is car-free at 1600m. Space is limited and it always goes up and down. The Winkelmatten are quietly located and not directly in the center. The Azalée house is an apartment building with 5 apartments. 3 apartments are rental apartments. The house was built in 1982. The apartment Emelie 4 **** was completely renovated in November 2019.
We still rent the apartment Karibu, Studio Castor and the Pollux in Zermatt.
The bathroom is small, but is intelligently equipped with a shower and drawers.
A child can sleep on the emergency bed on request in the living room. From 6 years + 20.— per night.
