Chesa Averts Zuoz

Welcome to our spacious, bright and friendly 3½-room flat on the 1st floor. Separate entrance with outside staircase. Quiet location with sunny balcony. The unobstructed view extends over the valley with nature reserve and into the mountains.

The living room is furnished with two leather sofas and a large dining table, TV and Internet. The two bedrooms with large windows each have a double bed with two single mattresses (200 x 90 cm), a large wardrobe and a small desk. They can also be used as a retreat.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a raclette oven, fondue crockery, a toaster and a kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub (including shower), a WC, a bidet, a washbasin and a hairdryer. The entrance area with wardrobe is separate. The flat has a parking space in the underground car park (door height: 2.10 m). Use of the ski and bike room is included. Pets are not allowed.

From the dining area you have a charming view of the cross-country ski trail, the golf course and the riding area. Chesa Averts is a five-minute walk from the railway station and shopping facilities (Coop, etc.) and a two-minute walk from the ski lift. The local bus to the cross-country skiing centre stops directly in front of the house and can be used free of charge. The ski paradise for children is within walking distance. The flat is family-friendly. A cosy home for summer and winter sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and those seeking relaxation!

Sports, leisure and excursion options:
In winter, 350 kilometres of perfectly groomed pistes in the Corviglia/Piz Nair, Corvatsch, Diavolezza/Lagalb and family-friendly Zuoz ski areas invite you to enjoy skiing and snowboarding. Depending on the conditions, ski tours are possible within walking distance on SE and NW slopes. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails (skating and classic) in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes offer light, sun and space in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever. Those who prefer to have an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.

In summer, there are 580 kilometres of hiking trails, climbing gardens and via ferratas as well as 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails for mountain bikes, such as the four flow trails on the Corviglia. The Upper Engadin lakes are also ideal for sporting activities: kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling or simply a refreshing dip - the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. In addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions, such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.

Zuoz - customs and traditions in an idyllic mountain village
The townscape of Zuoz is considered to be the most beautiful in the Upper Engadine. Numerous proud patrician houses, such as the Chesa Planta, confidently present their typical bay windows and sgraffito decorations. Mysterious alleyways invite you to explore the village's colourful past. A splendid 18-hole golf course, the inline skating/skating track and the wide range of hiking and biking options add a modern touch of colour. A special highlight is a visit to Badilatti, the highest coffee roastery in Europe. In winter, the Engadin Skimarathon cross-country ski trails are right outside the village, and the family-friendly ski area offers fun on the piste.
