Kitchen:
Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee pod machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, bread slicer, toaster, juicer, egg cooker. Kitchen linen (drying towels, hand towel) / sponge and brush, initial kitchen towels, dishwasher tabs and waste bags.
Bathroom:
Bathroom with bathtub, separate shower (glass cabin) and WC as well as hairdryer. Bathroom linen (1 large bath towel and 1 hand towel per guest)
Additional information:
Beautiful, approx. 23 sqm furnished terrace facing west with access to the garden. A washing machine and dryer are available in the common room for use by the three households.
Thanks to its location on the sun terrace of Graubünden in the Surselva ski area, this apartment is attractive all year round, whether you want to ski/snowboard, go touring or hiking, play golf, relax with children at the lake or go mountain biking. Post and ski bus stops are located nearby. Shopping facilities in the village can be reached on foot within a few minutes.
1 parking space (single garage) is available and included. The sockets in the garage and at the house must not be used for charging electric cars due to the risk of cable fire and general electricity costs.
