You’ll want to curl up in this chalet the moment you see it. Especially when the days grow shorter, the trees change color, and winter starts to set in. Nestled among fir trees, it exudes a rustic and cozy charm from the outside—thanks to its stone-clad walls, wooden façade, and the many balconies beneath its protective pitched roof.

This welcoming impression is confirmed in the most delightful way once you step inside. Abundant wood, hardwood floors, cast-iron stoves, and washbasins in the hallways create a warm yet original sense of comfort. Yet the first-floor apartment is surprisingly spacious and bright. Large windows let in plenty of light and offer stunning views of the majestic mountain landscape surrounding the sun terrace in Braunwald.

Enjoy the views, tranquility, and nature—each bedroom and living room has its own south-facing balcony. The slatted railings ensure minimal obstruction of the breathtaking scenery as you relax here, undisturbed by traffic noise, listening to birdsong in the trees and the gentle murmur of the fountain in your own garden. If the weather isn’t inviting enough to venture outside, the fully windowed bay window between the two balconies offers a cozy retreat with a direct connection to nature.

Some practical details: The radiators in each room can be supplemented with a wood-burning stove. Bedroom with double bed (size: 160 x 200 cm), cot (120 x 65 cm), and high chair, TV, and family games provided. Non-smoking only!

Additional room available for rent on the top floor with a single bed. (Max. number of people: 2 adults + 2 children). Ski and shoe storage available, sleds can be borrowed. Ski-in/Ski-out access, washing machine, and Wi-Fi included.

Separate kitchen with oven/cooktop, fully equipped but very simple. Bed and bath linens provided.
