South facing living room with cosy, modern furniture and breathtaking views of the lake of Brienz and mountains and direct access to the terrace. Well equipped double bedroom off the living room with lovely views. Well equipped kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, stove, etc. A luxurious bathroom with bath, shower, WC, hairdryer. Washing machine, dryer and drying room are available on the ground floor. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture. Barbeque area directly on the lake is at your free disposal. (Apartment size = 80 m2) Note: Until mid-June is no parking available (remodeling). Parking tickets are available at the tourist office (fee of CHF 5.00/day). Attention: There is construcion work going on in the building next door until the end of october 2013.
