Description of the apartment: The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail! 3-room ground floor apartment with 70 m2 living space. The apartment has been newly renovated in 2015. The building is only inhabited by the landlords! Otherwise no guests or residents! The apartment is optimally furnished for the occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children. But also offers 4 adults good space. Quiet location with beautiful views of the village, Lake Brienz and the mountains. Terrace, patio and lawn are available. There are sun loungers and parasols on the separate berth available. The swimming pool 8.00 x 4.00 x 1.50 m is heated in the summer months June - September with collectors and is available for free use. Even at night, the pool can be used and illuminated. Large private parking available. Walk to the village about 5 minutes Non smoking apartment! Pets are not allowed! On the area also live our four lovely and cuddly cats. Kitchen: New and practical furnishings, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher incl. Tabs, coffee machine Nesspresso (incl., 10 capsules / week, additional capsules can be bought locally for CHF 0.60 per piece). Dining table for max. 4-5 persons, dish towels available.
