3½-room flat on the ground floor on 2 floors, approx. 80 m². On the ground floor: entrance with wardrobe. Living room with fireplace and small garden, sofa and TV. Open kitchen with dining area, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine Chicco d'Oro and window. On the 1st floor: two double bedrooms (bed 180x200 cm). Shower/lavabo and a separate WC with lavabo. No telephone. Comfortable furnishings. In the basement a communal sauna. Pets are not allowed. At the municipality of Celerina you can get weekly tickets for CHF 15.00 for the public car park 50 metres below the house.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Residenza Mulin, built in 1983, is a multi-family house in a quiet and sunny location. About 50 m from the house there are tennis courts in summer and an ice rink in winter. Post office and railway station are approx. 500 m, the mountain railway Saluver/Marguns is approx. 300 m away. Various restaurants as well as the cross-country skiing trails are in the immediate vicinity.
