3 1/2-room apartment of about 72m2 on the second floor in a multi family-house. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm). 1 bedroom with a bedsofa (easy to convert to a double bed (each bed 80x200 cm),4 beds in total. Bed linen, kitchen towels and terry towels available. Separate kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine (Nespresso). Bath/toilet with shower and a huge bath tube. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. TV and radio. WLAN. Huge living-room with panorama view towards the mountains. Chimney. Big balcony. Garage and parking place. Ski room. Charging stations for E-Cars/Bikes are available at the parking place by the Savognin Bergbahn-mountain cableways (riverside). Due to security reasons, it is not allowed to charge E-cars/bikes in the garage in the house.
