Wonderful 2.5-room apartment directly at the Falera valley station!

The newly renovated apartment is tastefully furnished and offers you a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed, a bright and spacious living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a cozy seating area with a wonderful view of the Grisons mountains.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. WLAN is free of charge. A garage parking space is reserved for you. There is a ski room as well as a laundry room and a sauna for shared use. Nespresso coffee machine and TV (for streaming platform) are also available in the apartment. The beds are freshly made before your arrival, hand, shower and kitchen towels are ready for you. Linen and final cleaning are included in the total price.

The apartment is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts, as the Falera valley station and the village bus stop are just a few steps away. Shopping facilities are 200 meters away.

The Flims Laax Falera region is a large entertainment area with many sporting and cultural activities. In winter, 28 modern ski lifts and 224 kilometers of award-winning slopes are at your disposal, as well as a varied gastronomic offer. LAAX is one of the snowiest ski resorts in Switzerland. In summer, you can hike, bike and play golf in the mountains around Flims Laax Falera. There are exciting routes in the Flims high ropes park and the Flimserstein via ferrata Pinut. The lakes Cauma and Cresta are beautiful mountain lakes that invite you to relax. Nearby is the Rhine Gorge, which you can explore on foot, by bike or in the water.
