Ground floor with living-dining room with two sofa beds and new soapstone stove. Entrance area with kitchen, 4-burner bottle gas cooker incl. oven, cold running water and a small "cannon pipe" cooker. WC. Upper floor with three normal beds and one cot, indirectly heated.
12 volt camping system for light throughout the house, USB and car (cigarette lighter) sockets in kitchen and living room. Terrace with table, bench and chairs. Open fireplace next to the house. Children's swing.
Simple, quietly situated wooden house in the countryside, approx. 10-20 minutes outside the village. Private car park approx. 5 minutes from the house, which is only accessible in snow-free conditions. The required access permit can be obtained on site (Domleschg municipality).
Close to the chair lift, approx. 150m from the ski piste (deep snow). Terrace and lots of surrounding land.
