Up to 11 people will find the best conditions for a relaxing holiday in the spacious, bright flat with an individual atmosphere on the 3rd and 4th floors: in addition to the three retreat rooms, the new eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms, two balconies, each with a wonderful mountain view at different times of day, inviting you to linger, the two-storey living room with wood-burning stove and gallery with sunbathing area, which is characterised by the original roof construction. It is a non-smoking flat of approx. 100 square metres.
Should you wish to come with 13 PEOPLE or would like an additional retreat room, there is also 'the studio' on the ground floor. Please note that there may also be guests in the neighbouring room on the ground floor.
If desired, the double room with shower room (without kitchen) can also be rented on its own in individual cases. Please ask the landlady if you are interested.
There is one car parking space for the flat and one for the double room on the ground floor. One of the two is in front of the house and the other is a few minutes' walk away in the village.
There is also a ski boot room on the ground floor of the house, another for skis and the like and a third with a coin-operated washing machine for the guests of the whole house.

The village of Ftan is a popular holiday destination, situated in a picturesque and peaceful location on a sun terrace at an altitude of 1650 metres. With no through traffic, the village is characterised by quiet, rural everyday life. Shops for daily needs and a restaurant are available. Milk, sausage and cheese are also available directly from the farm. The chairlift to the ski area is only 5 minutes away. Scuol-Tarasp, 6 kilometres away in the valley, has a railway station and offers a wide range of additional shopping, entertainment and leisure facilities, such as the outdoor pool, the ice skating rink and the Bogn Engiadina wellness centre with sauna and Irish bath. Scuol is easily accessible from Ftan by bus and also on foot.

- The calculation of the tourist tax on this portal also incorrectly includes children. The tourist tax is charged by the municipality ONLY FOR PERSONS OVER 12 YEARS OF AGE.
# Wi-Fi for a fee once per property and stay. The OPTION only exists until you have chosen it for the first time. For all subsequent stays, WLAN use is assumed because the access code will then be known.

Ski and chair lift within 5 min walking distance. Scooter hire at the Motta Naluns mountain station. Climbing spot in Ardez 6 km away, small lake 8 km away, high ropes and climbing park 13 km away. In Scuol, 6 km away and easily accessible by bus, you will find: bike hire, outdoor, indoor and wellness pool Bogn Engadina with sauna and Irish bath, Trü sports centre with mini golf, basketball court, tennis, golf, horse riding, paragliding, rafting, fishing, ice skating, etc.
Excursion possibilities:
Merano (South Tyrol), Landeck, Tyrol, St. Moritz or Davos can all be reached in 1 to 2 hours.
