On the ground floor of the flat is the entrance, the corridor and the open-plan kitchen with granite floor and underfloor heating. The kitchen is very well equipped with electric hob and oven, plus a wood-burning cooker.
Cosy living and dining room with wood-burning stove, wood panelling and W-Lan. No dishwasher and no television!

Ski tour maps of the area available. Plenty of reading material and various games available.
Small bedroom (1 person) with larch wood ceiling, heated by wood-burning stove

On the upper floor with corridor and sisal carpet there are 2 further bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. One bedroom is heated by electric heating, the other by the wood-burning stove. There is also a bathroom and access to the seating area with granite slabs, table and bench. The wood-burning sauna with garden shower is located in the garden.

In the basement is the cellar with washing machine. Bicycles or skis can also be stored here. Gently renovated 400-year-old Walser house.

Quietly situated, in the centre of the village, approx. 50m to the bus stop, Andeer-Juf line.

Ideal starting point for hikes in the border area with Italy or swimming in the Avner Rhine. 5 minutes by car to the Magic-Wood Bolderpark. Good restaurant with mini bakery in the village.

Throughout the valley there are many farm shops and other shopping facilities Volg Andeer or Avers-Cresta, dairy Andeer.

In winter, fantastic ski tours in Val Niemet, Val Madris or in the Avers, snowshoeing or peaceful winter walks. Family-friendly ski area in Avers-Juppa can be reached by public transport or car in 20 minutes.
